Can't update payment info

    I'm not able to add a different credit card to the account. It says the card is declined but there are funds on it. 

    Can you help?

    You can change your billing credit card on the Billing page of your account.

    You can also try to use some other browser. If you are still unable to change the Credit Card, please provide us a screenshot of the error message that is shown on your end when you try to change the credit card.
