Upload limit: download data and delete submissions

I received a notification that we have reached our upload limit.  Do you all store data that is uploaded to us that we download?  Once we download a file from our JotForm tool, we shouldnt need it anymore on the JotForm space.  Is there a way to delete them?

In order to delete the uploaded file you need to delete the associated submission

Please read both guides carefully. Once you delete your submissions, we wont be able to recover them.
