Is there a way to make Form Analytics available on a "share" basis like reports without requiring my viewers to log in?

You can share your forms and your form analytics with your Sub-Account users. But that requires to log in and I saw that you have Sub-Account users already. 

As I understood, you want to share your form analytics as reports. If you want to export the form analytics data as a report, exporting Form Analytics data is not available for now. If you want to export the analytics data, you can use Google Analytics widget on your forms.

If you want to export your submission data, you can integrate your JotForm form to Google Spreadsheet. It will automatically be added in the spreadsheet, every time there's a new submission.
