How to accept payment and accept file uploads from clients all in the same form

Hi, I need to be able to accept payment and accept file uploads from clients all in the same form along with an area for information to be input about the file they uploaded all in one form. I need this to work on a Weebly site.

Hi Ron,

You can achieve this by adding Payment field and Upload field on your form.

Then you can publish the form in your Weebly website.

For example, your form -- I see it already has the Upload field (uploading file is possible), just add a Payment field then to have payment option on the same form as well.
