Suspended: Collecting Credit Card details

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked and see that your account is currently suspended for collecting credit card details. Please note that collecting credit card details using regular text fields is not allowed per our Terms. If you need to collect payments from your users, please use one of our payment processors. You may also capture the card details and charge the user at a later date by enabling payment Authorization. You can check our guide How to Enable Payment Authorization.

We can only reinstate your account if you agree to our Terms and allow us to delete the offending fields.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

I know I can't collect cc information in a text field. I am wondering if it is permitted to collect ach information? Please let me know.

Thanks for getting back to us. We do have a secure way of accepting ACH Payments, this is possible by using our Stripe ACH Integration. You can refer to this guide on How to Integrate Stripe ACH with Your Form.
