Exceeded my Form Field limit

I have the nonprofit plan and pay a monthly fee of $19.50. What does my plan include in details and why have I reached my max?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You're getting the error message because your form has already reached its Form Elements limit. A Bronze plan has a Form Elements limit of 250 form fields per form.

If you'll need to add more fields, your options are:

• Delete other fields to add new fields.
• Create a second form that has the other fields. Then redirect the user's to the second form via the Thank You Page.
• Upgrade to a higher plan to get more field limit and increase your overall account limit.
