Approval flow: Option to change status

Do we have the option to change the status of each activity? Such as, if activity is approved, can it be changed to denied or back to In Progress?

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. If you have setup an Approval flow in your form, changing the status of the approval flow of the submission is not possible. The status of the submissions are automatically defined by the approval, depending on which step the flow is at the moment.
