Hi Mary,
This is the message I was trying to ask.
- Do you have any Exchange / Office 365 relay connectors that we need to enter into our Office 365 configuration? We're trying to enter our credentials to send the jotform emails as one of our domains and the SMTP is not verifying.
Thanks

Hi grants@bongiorno,
Thanks for getting back to us. If you encounter an error while attempting to use Office 365 for SMTP, make sure that you're using the correct SMTP settings for your Office 365 account. Additional guides for Office 365 can be found on this link.
SMTP Authentication Error means that your credentials are not correct. Also, you can test your login credentials on an SMTP test site to check if it still gives you the same error. Usually, the error for SMTP Authentication is related to your office365 account settings. You may need the help of your IT department for this or contact your email provider to help you with the settings. You can refer to their guide on how to Enable or disable authenticated client SMTP.
Then you can set up SMTP by following the steps below. Let me show you how to do it:
- Hover on your avatar.
- Click Settings to open your Account Settings page.
3. Scroll down to the Sender Emails section, and click on Edit and Add Sender Email.
4. Enter the information in the fields in the setup screen.
5. When you're finished, click on the Send Test Email button to make sure that everything is working. If it works, click on the Add Email button.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
