As I check the email history log, I see that some of the emails are being failed. Unfortunately, there is no further information available at this moment why these emails are failed. I notice that the emails are being sent using JotForm's default sender email address. We request you to go through the guide below that can help you with troubleshooting certain email delivery issues.
You may also consider setting up SMTP sender email address so that the emails shall be sent using your own email address.
