Jotform Table: PDF download not downloading all selected submissions

    I've noticed on several occasions that when I go to my table submissions (on a few different forms), select the submissions that I want downloaded and then press "download all as PDF" that there are submissions being left out of the downloads. This then leads to me having to look through all of the ones that were downloaded and compare them with the table history to find the ones that were missed to then manually download them.

    Even when I go back in and reselect the submissions to redownload, it leaves the same ones out a second time.

    I'm really not sure what there is to do about this than just letting you guys know that there seems to be a problem with this feature and hope that you're able to get it fixed.

    Hi Gabrielle,

    We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we’re looking into this. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I tried to submit multiple submissions and downloaded all the submissions. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    Can you try it again and see how it goes? Before doing so, please try to clear your form caches. You can check out this guide on How to Clear Your Form Caches for more detailed information.

    If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
