It says i have to pre authorize my email. I have done that 50 times. I need my forms asap! I have nothing saved. I shouldnt be out of space.

Hi Kim,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I can see that this is very stressful. Rest assured, I’m here to help. I've checked your account and recalculated your account's Upload space, and it is now at 171.93 MB, which is still over the limit of 100 MB for a Starter (Free) plan. You may need to check the forms' submissions you have deleted (if any), and see if they've been completely purged. Let me show you how:
- On your account's My Forms, select the form and click Submission to either: on top of the main page, below the form's name, or by clicking More, and then Submissions.
- Once in Tables, click the vertical ellipsis next to the form's name.
- On the dropdown menu, select Trashed entries.
- A small dialogue box will appear on the right. You can either select one item by clicking each individual boxes, or Select All to purge all entries. Once done, hit Delete Forever.
If you have made sure that all submission entries have been completely purged, go to your account's Settings and click Clear Cache.
And then, log out from your account and log back in to make sure the account will be refreshed. Afterwards, check your account's Usage to make sure it's updated. If all set, your forms should be accessible again.
I've cleared your Forms cache for good measure. I'd like to suggest upgrading your account to a higher plan, so you can maximize upload space. You can always visit this link to know more about an account's usage and limits.

Hello Kim,
Thank you for getting back to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. After checking your account, I found out that the submission was already removed, but you haven't completely purged it, so you need to go to settings and clear cache. Let me walk you through it:
- Go to your account's Settings.
- Click on Clear Cache.
After finishing it, please log out and then log back in to refresh the account. Afterwards, please check your account's usage to make sure it's updated.

Hi Kim,
Thanks for getting back to us. I see that you still have 2 submissions in your Trash Entries under the No Signature/Comprehensive Evaluation Report form. Take a look at the screenshot below:
Can you please purge these submissions first? Once done, let us know so we can recalculate your limit again.
