Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you're referring to submission data and need to have a copy on your end, you can download your data from Jotform Tables in CSV, Excel, or PDF format. Let me show you how:

• On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.

• Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page. 
• Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.

We also offer a guide detailing how to download form submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF files. Furthermore, you can utilize our Export Data feature to download all your forms as HTML files, submission data as a CSV file, and upload files, conveniently packaged in a single ZIP file.
