How to create a form for a virutal meeting sign up

We have an event next month and I need to get one person to sign up multiple people at one time. How can I do this? I tried to look for a template, but could not find one. I need to be able to have someone sign up people up to 14 at one time on a form once determined by a drop down selection asking how many to sign up

    Hi gaswim16,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. This can be achieved using multiple fields to get the data from each person and a conditional logic, where you can show the number of fields depending on how many are being signed up. For example:

To achieve this, you'll simply need to add the condition to show or hide fields based on users' answer once all the fields are added. For example:

We have this guide that you can check out on how to show/hide fields based on users answer.

Here's a demo form where you can check and test. You can also clone this form to your account using this guide.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any questions.
