I was charged twice on my account with you, $348. Why have you charged my double on two different transactions? My email is erwillia23@gmail.com

Hi Earlene,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. When I checked our system, I only saw a single charge on your account yearly. You can view this information on your Billing Page. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture.
- Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
- Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab.
- Scroll down a bit, and you should be able to see the Invoices section.
- Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details.
Can you send us a screenshot of the double charge from your card? This guide will show you how to do that.
Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.
