Hello,
Please could you advise?
What is the best way to replicate the opening hours of this form in Jotform, please? (see attached image)
Thanks

Hi Robert,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If I understood you correctly, are you trying to enable and disable the form at specific times during the day? Unfortunately, it is not possible to do that from the form settings. However, you can use a workaround for this using the Time field and Form Conditions. Let me show you how:
First, add a time element to your form and set the current time as the default time:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Under the Basic tab, add a Time element to your form.
- Click on the Gear icon to open the File Upload properties.
- Under the Options tab, select Current as the Default Time.
- Set the Time Format to 24 Hour
Add a paragraph element to show a message for the form working times:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Under the Basic tab, add a File Upload element to your form.
- Click on the Pencil icon to add your text.
Lastly, we will use the Show/Hide conditions, to hide the fields except for the Paragraph element, when the time is not equal to the time you wish to enable your form. Here's how:
- In the Form Builder, on the orange navigation bar, click Settings.
- On the left panel, select Conditions.
- Click the Show/Hide Field option.
- Set condition as you can see below:

Check out the result of the form after applying the conditions:
I suggest setting the Time field as Read Only to avoid any issues from it:
