Upgrade Question from Bronze to Silver

Good Morning.

We currently subscribe with the Bronze option at $34.00 and we at the maximun of 25 forms. we would like to upgrade to 50 forms (Silver Plan) and that should save us some $$$$.

Can we do that now with you? I think our next annual billing is late April (not sure) can you tell us when we will be billed again?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account's next due date is September 02, 2024. You can upgrade anytime you want. Your existing subscription will be automatically adjusted to the Silver plan which will save you some amount on the Silver plan. It's really easy to upgrade your account. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

You can also upgrade your subscription on your account’s Upgrade/Billing page.

2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.

If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. Check out this guide for more details about upgrading your account.
