How to add my form to our Facebook page?

How to share our men's and ladies' membership forms on our Facebook page. When I try to do this, it keeps going to my personal Facebook page not our club page, see link below.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you tell us what method of sharing your form on Facebook are you currently using? You might want to try adding your form to Facebook using the Platform feature. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. Click on Platform in the menu on the left side of the page.
3. Select Facebook.

4. After that, click on the Add Jotform Tab and proceed with connecting your Facebook account..

When I add to Facebook, it keeps defaulting to my personal Facebook page. I was trying to add or post to a specific Facebook page that is used by our club Aohdiv14?

Thanks for getting back to us. You'll need to make sure you are logged in as Facebook page when you are posting the form on Facebook.
