    Hi Cheryl,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your embedded form, and everything was working properly according to your Time slots setting. I also checked the submissions you received, and saw that the time slots that were taken for particular dates are greyed out. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    Does this issue happen to multiple customers? I suggest you advise them to try using a different browser. Also, did they send your screenshot of what's happening? If yes, can you send it to us when you get back on this thread? Check out this guide about how to send a screenshot to our Support Forum. I've also gone ahead and cleared your form caches from the backend.

    Yes, this is happening to multiple customers. There is no way to advise every customer who would like to book with us to try another browser. If Jotform is their first and main point of contact for booking a service with us, they may think that the time is not available and book with another company.


    Is there another way that this can be resolved?

    Thanks for getting back to us. We'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on. I have checked the form and for 03/29/2024 there were time slots that were greyed out and some shows available. Take a look at the screenshot below:

    Can you confirm if you or your client are getting the same results for 03/29/2024? If not, can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.

    Hi Cheryl,

    I have reviewed your form, and I was unable to replicate the issue for Arrival Date on my end as shown in the screenshot.

    I have also checked your form submission data and currently, the greyed out option under Departure Date has existing submission data which is why they are greyed out. Could you check out on your end? If there are greyed out option where it doesn't have a submission data, please point it out to us so that we can investigate it further.

    I am not understanding. If it is set to unlimited bookings why would that be an issue if there are existing submissions? Is the scheduling not unlimited?


    Additionally, is there a telephone number I can call, or a supervisor I can speak to for swift resolutions?

    Hi Cheryl,

    We don’t currently offer live phone support. As for your concern, the Appointment Type setting of your form Appointment form element is currently set to One-on-one, which means that each option on the Appointment form element is limited to one. You would have to update the Appointment Type to Group in order for the options on the Appointment form element to be selected multiple times. Here's how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Appointment form element to select.

    2. On the right side of the selected Appointment form element, click on the Gear icon.

    3. On the right panel, go to Advanced.

    4. Select Group under Appointment Type.

    If the issue still persists, after changing Appointment Type to Group, I will notify my Team Leader regarding this thread.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
