Approval Flow: Not receiving email notification

    Hey there, I'm having an issue with Hold Deposit Transaction Final workflow where it is never consistent what email it's sending. Originally, I had set up a decline email work flow (See KRS Hold Deposit form for the previous workflow) but then it started sending completed and paid forms as declined. Now, the returned completed form doesn't show up for anyone but me, despite me not changing anything. Can you please help?

    Hi Bill,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. Can you please give us a bit more information about the issue? Can you let us know exactly which email on the work flow is not working correctly, so we can test and find a solution?

    I've cloned both of the forms and checked them. Both of the workflows are identical. Additionally, when I checked the workflow there was no option to decline or accept submission. When you say returned form, can you let us know which one you are referring to? Additionally, it would help us understand the issue better if you can share some screenshots with us. This guide will show you how to do that.

    Once we hear back from you we can move forward with a solution.

    Hey Harshad, when someone accepts this option and then fills out the form entirely, they will receive the receipt and my agents and me will received a copy of the form.

    This is the emails I should expect to get when they have successfully completed the form to reserve the property. This is reflected accurately in the forms in folder V4 and was the case in V3 but for some reason, I'm no longer receiving this email even after the client completed the form.

    I checked your form and the last submission was yesterday March 28, 2024. The email was also sent to your email address. Can you please check your junk/spam folder? Additionally, to confirm if the email has been sent, you can view your form email history from your account history settings. We have a guide on How to View Your Form Email Logs.
