How to Cancel Subscription Plan

Wow this is crazy. There is not one person to help you. I need to cancel my account

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can go ahead and cancel your subscription. Let me show you how to do it:

1. Go to your account's Billing page.

2. On the left side panel, click on Billing.

3. Click on Change Plan.

3. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.

4. There will be a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan.

And that's it. Your account subscription will then be canceled and you won't be billed on the next billing date. Your account will remain in the Bronze plan for the period you paid for. After your subscription expires, your account will automatically downgrade to a Starter (Free) Plan.
