Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It depends on the number of submissions you will receive in a month. But based on the number of your forms, which is 25, you can choose the Bronze Plan since the limit of the Bronze Plan is 25 forms. You can check our pricing page to view the limits for each plan. It's really easy to upgrade your account. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

You can also upgrade your subscription on your account’s Upgrade/Billing page.

2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.

If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. Check out this guide for more details about upgrading your account.

on the current plan I have, are people going to be able to submit forms , I have I reached my maximum ??

Thanks for getting back to us. Please note that the storage plan is the same as the starter plan regarding limits, the only difference is that you will have an unlimited total submission instead of 500 submissions. So it doesn't change the other limits. For starter accounts, you can only add one notification email template with one recipient. If you want to add different recipients, you need to create more notification emails for every recipient.

If you are looking to submissions which is more than 100 submissions per month and is looking to create more forms or is looking to have your 25 forms active then you may go for the Bronze plan. With your current account right now, people can still access the form and you can still accept submissions. You can check our pricing page to view the limits for each plan.
