I'm needing to show/hide multiple pages and the contents inside of them depending on which radio button is selected.

Hi Brandon,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and noticed that you have created multiple pages with headings for each option of the single-choice element. However, you can add conditions to hide pages and simplify the form. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, Click on the Settings tab from the orange navigation bar.
- Click Conditions on the left menu.
- Select the SKIP TO/HIDE A PAGE condition.
- Add condition as shown below:
- In IF, select What type of work order element.
- In STATE, select Is Not Equal To.
- In Value, select One of the single-choice options.
- In DO, select Hide Page from the dropdown.
- In Page, select the Page element for the single-choice page
- Finally, click on the Save button.
The condition should look like this.
These are the conditions you should add for each single-choice element.
We also have a guide about How to Skip Pages Using Conditional Logic that you can check out.
Here's the cloned version of the form that you can test and clone.
Give it a try, and let us know if there's anything else I can help you with.
