I am testing Jotforms before purchasing a subscription, can the form data be stored on an accessible data store like excel rather than emailing each time the form is submitted?

    Hi The_Walnut,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, besides getting a Notification Email, the form submissions are stored in the Jotform Table. Let me show you how you can access them:

    • On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.

    • This will take you to Jotform Tables, where you can see a list of all of your submissions.

You can also integrate your form into your Google Sheets, so you can access the submissions from there. Let me show you how:

    6. In Form Builder, circle back to Settings at the top of the page.

    7. In the Settings menu, click on the Integrations option and Google Sheets integration again.

    8. Now, select and connect your Google account.

    9. Select an option.

    10. Choose your form fields.

    11. Click on Save, and that's it, you're done.
