I'm testing out a form and I need a certain section of text to be visible in the email that is sent out after a form has been submitted.  I can't seem to figure this out on my own.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I believe you are trying to edit or customize the email template. If yes, then please refer to this user guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/430-How-to-Edit-the-Email-Template-for-Notifications-and-Autoresponders.

Hope that helps. If you are referring to a different issue, please let us know so that we can further assist you. Thank you.

Thank you for your fast reply to my question, but I still don't see an answer to my question.  I include some written text that I would like to show in the email that is sent to my client when they click on the submit button.  So far, everything that I've tried I'm not able to add these text fields.  Is this possible?  Thank you in advance for your help!

I believe you are referring to the Terms and Agreement section of your form. These text fields will not automatically appear in the email alert.

Unfortunately, you need to manually add them using the Email Editor. Please refer to this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/430-How-to-Edit-the-Email-Template-for-Notifications-and-Autoresponders.

You may also enable the PDF attachment in the email alert. In this way, a PDF copy will be attached to the email. This PDF contains the form's labels and answers. You can enable this in the "Advanced" tab of the email alert.

After doing this, you need to go to the Submissions page and enable the "Show Headers and Text" option. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-Show-Headers-and-Text-in-the-PDF.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

Thank you again for your fast reply!  YES, this does help a great deal!!  My client and I can now view everything as a PDF once the form is submitted, including all text that is in the form.  Again, thank you for the great help with this!!
