    Hi Lesley,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Setting up an SMTP on your account is easy. Let me show you how:

    1. On the My Forms page, hover over your mouse to the Profile Avatar at the upper right side of the page and click Settings.

    2. Click on Settings on the left side of the screen.
    3. Scroll down to the Sender Emails section and click the Edit button.
    4. Enter the SMTP details. After entering the details of your SMTP, click the Send Test Email button to confirm that everything is working. If it works, click the Add Email button. Otherwise, double-check the SMTP details and correct them.

However, if you are trying to change the Sender Email for the Quiz App, unfortunately, that's not possible. There is currently no option on the Quiz App to change the Sender Email. You can only do that on the Notification Mail or Autoresponder.

That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hello Lesley,

Thanks for getting back to us. Our guide here for setting up Gmail as a sender email via SMTP, which my colleague shared also applies to Google Workspace email addresses. You can refer to that link in the future.
