I have a client who submitted a form for web design two weeks ago and am just now finding out because nothing came through.
I don't see it in my submissions, though I do see that she accessed the form two times in my view history (it was designed just for her, so no one else could have seen the link).
Was it caught up somewhere? Is there any way to see what has happened?Page URL: https://form.jotform.com/73508493479167 -

I checked your form but there are no submissions there:
Also, there are no records in email history that any submission was received.
Are you sure that your customer submitted the form?

Is there anything saved "in progress" by chance?

The user should have received the thank you page after submitting the form, emails should be triggered as well and I cannot find any email that was sent for this form, you may also check your email history following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
Also, it's not possible to see uncompleted submissions, only completed submissions can be checked on the submissions page of your account.
I hope this helps.
