When I click on Cash App it says..."After submitting the form, you will be redirected to Cash App Pay to complete the payment. However, it's not taking me to Cash App Pay to pay. It just sits on the "Submit" page. How can this be fixed? I already tried disconnecting and reconnecting it. Thank you!

Hi Clarence,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. When I checked your form, I saw that the Business Location is not yet set. Check out this screenshot below:
If you have multiple businesses registered with Square, you must select one on the Business Location dropdown. You can check our guide about How to Integrate Jotform with Cash App Pay for more details.

I only have one business registered with this account. On my end, it shows my business is selected.

Hi Clarence,
Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry this is happening. I went ahead and checked your form and I noticed that your current Square Payment Integration, the Business Location, has been stuck to fetching locations.
This error is mostly caused by the connection between Jotform and Square. To fix this, re-integrate your Square connection by disconnection and reconnecting. Here's how:
- In your Payment field, click the Wand icon to open the Payment Settings.
- Click on the dropdown arrow.
- Click Reconnect.
