if i upgrade will my assistant be able to work with me on forms remotely at the same time?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Suport. We have a feature that lets several people collaborate on forms even under Free subscription plan. Form Collaboration allows many team members to collaborate on the same form at the same time. Let me show you how to add:

1. On the top right side of the Form Builder page, click on Add Collaborators.
2. In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link and you're done.

It's important to remember that every changes that is made by anybody is automatically saved. After 72 hours, the collaboration connection expires. The collaborator should also has it's own Jotform Account. To create a new link, refresh the page.

If you wish to get multiple accesses, you would need to upgrade to our Enterprise Account. Multiple users and teams, specialized support, user administration, user access control, and other capabilities are all possible with the Enterprise Account.
