Paypal Personal Integration getting an error for about 12 hours now. Any ideas? (It's been fine since 3/22 and nothing has changed on our end.)

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry if you're having issues with your form. I cloned and tested your form to see if I could replicate the issue. However, the form is working as it should. Take a look at the screencast below:
Also, I tested the cloned form with a live PayPal Account and PayPal Personal integration is working properly. Check out the screencast below:
Can you please ensure that the PayPal Account can accept payments? Also, is this happening to all users who are processing their payments? I have gone ahead and cleared the form caches to refresh the form.

Yes, it is happening to all users who have been processing their payment since yesterday, but the form has been fine since it went live on 3/22/24 with no problem. So you're saying it is neither a PayPal problem nor a Jotform problem? What else could be causing this? Did we reach some threshold?

Hi Stacy,
Thanks for getting back to us. Since we are unable to replicate the issue on our end, could you try to delete the PayPal Personal form field from your form and add it back to refresh the configuration of the Payment Integration? Please take note that by doing this, all related submission data of the Payment Integration will be deleted as shown in the screenshot.
I would suggest downloading your submission data before deleting and adding back the Payment Integration. Here's how to do it:
How to download Submission Data:
- In Form Builder, on the upper left side of the screen, click on the downward arrow icon.
- Click on Tables.
- In Tables, on the right side of the screen, click on Download All.
- Click on your preferred file type.
How to delete the Payment Integration:
- In Form Builder, click on the Payment fields to select.
- On the right side of the selected Payment fields, click on the Trash icon.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
