Hello,
I just received an email stating that my free account has reached its limit of "1" submission a month. It clearly states "100" free submissions a month on your website.
Is this a mistake or will my account be disabled Monday? Not a lot of notice btw.
Also, I just sent out an invoice on Friday. What happens if they try to pay it after my forms have been disabled?
Thank you for your help,
Wendy

I checked your account and you're over the limit. You have reached the 1 Payment Submission limit for the Free account. Please take note that the Payment Submission is different with the regular Submission. To understand it further, please check this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/408-Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-and-Limits
Your form will be disabled on Monday and you will not receive any submissions. Also, your form will display an error message that looks like this:
To avoid it, please upgrade your account to any paid plans. You can also choose not to upgrade your account and just wait for our monthly limit reset which happens every first day of the month. After the reset, your forms will be re-activated and back to normal.
I hope this information helps.
