Hi,
I upgraded my account to a paid account for the month of March because I needed to be able to accept payments for an event. The registration will close soon and I will no longer need to accept payments. AT that point, I would like to revert my account to "free". Will I lose the forms I currently have and the subscriptions associated with them?
Thank you,
Judy

Hi Judy,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Even if you downgrade your plan, your forms and submissions won't be lost, but I highly recommend you download your submissions first because it will reduce your submission limit. For example, for the Starter plan, you are only allowed to have a total submission storage of 500. Now, here's how to download your submissions:
- On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.
2. Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page.
3. Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.
