Submissions not being forwarded

    Good morning,


    I am no receiving submission confirmations, I changed my email address as well to see if my email spam was blocking it but neither email address received a submission confirmation. They did both receive an email changed confirmation so they are able to receive emails from Jotform.

    I have successfully made a test submission and received a confirmation email.

    The recipient of the Notification email is cweik@myteammarketing.com.

    This email was on our Unsubscribe list, which might be the cause that you are not receiving the Notification emails.

    I have removed that email from our Unsubscribe list.


    Please try again and let us know if the issue persists.

    Thank you but I changed the email address to christinamweik@aol.com and it didn’t receive a submission confirmation either. I’ll clear my cache and try again. Thank you so much!
