No response yet to my question about form question not showing up on filled out email

We can see the question on JotForm "Under what circumstances would you give up this cat?"

But when the form is filled out and email to me we only see: "Type a question"

How can we get the actual question to show like the other's?

The issue could be related to the outdated email notification template. The solution is to delete the old email notification, and then to add a fresh one:

1) Delete current email notification

2) Add a new email notification
