Are you referring to the form http://www.jotform.us/form/73608563251154 in your account? I have tried sending a test submission to this form and was able to submit it without any issue. The thank you message is displayed normally at my end.
Are you still experiencing the issue? If so, please let us know if we are looking at the same form and if it is embedded on any of your web pages so that we can take a look again to assist you further.
Thanks!

BrydonReplied on January 16, 2018 at 10:43 PMYes that and the February form. Both should be set up to send a confirmation email once the form is submitted but no one is getting the confirmation emails upon submission.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to open that URL: http://http://www.bluegrassdogsports.com/trails.asp
I checked your form (and did a test submission), I see that your emails are sent by your own SMTP:
The issue is most probably related to that, so please check the settings of your SMTP email.
Also, in the meantime, you can set sender email to be noreply@jotform.com until this issue is resolved:
You can do that in the Advanced section of the Autoresponder:
We'll wait for your response.
Thank you!

I have checked your forms and they seem to be properly configured, I can see you're using PayPal and this may be why your emails are not sending, please configure the IPN option on your account, emails should be triggered when there is a complete payment: https://www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-on-your-Paypal-Account
Also, note that if submissions end up on the incomplete list, emails will not be triggered so I would recommend you to enable the incomplete email notification so you receive an email when a payment is not completed: https://www.jotform.com/help/273-How-to-Setup-Incomplete-Payment-Notification-Email
You may also check your email history and make sure that your emails are sending correctly: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
You may also ask your users to check the spam/junk folder since emails may have ended up there, if they are still not receiving emails you may add an SMTP sender, that will use your own mail server info and the users should receive emails without any problem: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
I hope this helps.
