I am getting a message that submisisons closed but they arent'

    when I go to my thank you pag for Sacraemnto Awards for JUly 16 I get the message attached as a screen shot. I am not sure why it is sayin it is closed.

    Try to check your form using an incognito browser. If you don't see the warning message on incognito, try to clear your browser's cache.

    It is happening on the central valley form as well. Did you do a test form and then try to re-submit?

    I've cleared your form cache as this helps fix temporary issues. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, can we get permission to test your live form? This will help us to investigate the problem further.

    Itis working now. Can you do teh same thing for central Valley? She is having the same issue

    Thanks for getting back to us. I checked the form and everything seems to be working properly. Can you tell us more about the issue you're having with this form? Also, can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.

    About your request, I cleared the cache of your forms for you. In case you need it, it's easy to do this through your account as well. Let me show you how:

    • On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
    • In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    • In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.
