How do I see the entire contract in the final version?

Is there a way to set it so every contract that is complete shows everything - all questions, text, etc from the original document when it is completed? I currently get an email with some fields, but does not show everything I have included in the contract. When I go in through JotForm and look at submissions, same thing. I cannot see everything -all text, questions, everything. Help please!

However, for emails, you will need to manually edit the template in order to add the text and images you need, the static text cannot be included on emails and empty fields are hidden by default as well.
