We are not receiving confirmation emails from our form

    Hello, we have a form in our login called "bRealTime Publisher Opening Form" When someone fills this out it should send an email to jotform@brealtime.com - Our IT department created and ensured any emails from jotform should be allowed to come through our system, they are working with a different form in our account.

    However, with this form when it is submitted either on test runs or live runs, we do NOT get the confirmation email.

    Could you look at our form and see if something is an issue preventing this?

    I have made a test submission on your form and I received the Autoresponder email.

    Did you check the Spam folder?

    Make sure you have checked Whitelisting JotForm IP Addresses and Domains.

    If this doesn't work, I suggest you try Setting Up Your Own SMTP Server.
