"Delete, are you sure?" prompt has been removed

    Accidentally turned off "Delete Entry - Are You Sure" Prompt... Where to turn it back on?

    Hi Chloe,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Are you referring to this prompt when deleting a submission? Check the screenshot below:

    If so, this option is always available on any table. Can you share the URL of the form so we can investigate the issue?

    It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

    Hi Rose,

    Yes indeed it is this feature I'm referring to.

    I have accidentally switched it off. I think there was a check-box that says "Don't show this again" and I mistakenly ticked it.

    Now in all my submission Tables view, when I delete an entry, it doesn't ask me anymore and just delete the entry immediately.

    Where can I turn it back on?

    Hello Chloe,

    Thanks for getting back to us. The option to disable the warning sign before the deletion of a submission is not showing on my end. To verify, is it happening to all form tables or just one? Can you send us the URL link to the form? Let me show you how to locate it:

    1. Click on the Publish tab in the orange navigation bar located at the top of the page.
    2. On the Link to Share section, click on the Copy Link button to copy the URL link to the clipboard.

    Can you also share us a screencast or video describing what is happening so we can further check? You can upload it using Google Drive or Dropbox and then share the link with us.

    In the meantime, please try using the Incognito Mode of Chrome or other browsers so we can isolate if this is a browser-related issue or not. I cleared the cache of the form as an added measure.

    Hi Norwyn,

    Sorry I don't know how to screen cap a Video to show you. But yes it is happening to all Submission Tables.

    Deleting things without prompting you to double confirm it's really delete or not.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your submission tables and the confirmation pop-up is still showing on my end. Can you clear your browser's cache and cookies and test the issue again? If the issue persists, please create a screen recording using Loom and share the link here.
