Will the QR code change after some certain time ?

Hi, I have created multiple jot forms for my organization under the Bronze plan. I wanted to check if the QR codes for these forms keep changing after being generated initially? We have faced this issue twice. The QR codes for 2 of the created forms did not work after a span of few weeks. These QR codes have been printed on our marketing material and will not be helpful if they keep changing. Can you please assist?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If the QR code is for sharing and accessing the form, then the form's QR Code will not be changed even if you edit your form. The QR code will change if you create a Custom URL for Your Form. The same goes for the app if this is what you meant, if its URL is customized, then the QR code changes. The QR Codes correspond to the default URL of your forms and app.
