A way to edit all submissions?

Hi,

we are wondering how to be able to edit the "all submissions" page before downloading it as pdf. For example to delete a single submission or to chose one of three submitted artworks.

Also, is there a possibility to see uploaded images in the downloaded excel spreadsheet? For example, we are choosing artwork from a lot of submissions and we want to see the name of the artist next to images of their work.

The easiest way to edit your submission would be to download all your submission on excel file, to do that please follow the instructions on the link below:

Unfortunately it is not currently possible to load your submission attachments straight to your spreadsheet. Our app is only capable of pushing text to your spreadsheet and cannot import the actual submission attachments, only the links. But you could easily download the images directly on your local storage by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/356-How-to-Download-the-Submission-Files
