    Dear JotForm Support,

We are a private school, and we want to use an online form for a t-shirt order.  I am confused about the "monthly payment" numbers allowed per plan.  We want people to order shirts using a JotForm and be required to pay through Paypal at the time they place their order.  We'll probably receive 100 (possibly more) orders and payments. Which plan do we need for this?

Also, how is the information collected on the JotForms given to us?  I'd like to be able to easily put the information into an Excel spreadsheet at the end of the order period so we can clearly see the quantity of different sizes, colors, etc. of shirts that were ordered.

I've tried to find this information in the Forum/FAQ section of the site, but haven't found a clear answer.  Thank you for your help!

The Payments Limit should not be confused with Submissions Limit. If you think you are going to receive 100 Payment Submissions, you will need the Silver Plan. If you think there are going to be more than 100 Payment Submissions, you will need to subscribe to the Gold Plan. You can start with the Silver Plan and then Upgrade to the Gold plan (prorated amount) if you see that you are receiving many submissions.

Bronze Plan          10 Payment Submissions per month
Silver Plan          100 Payment Submissions per month
Gold Plan   Unlimited Payment Submissions per month

Yes, you can very easily download the form submission data as an excel sheet.
