    Hello,

I am using Jotform as a registration platform for a conference we are holding. We are offering a number of workshops over the course of the weekend and registrants are using this form to make their course selection. Some of our courses have class limits and I was wondering if there was a way to have Jotform automatically remove the class option once that course has reached a pre-determined limit?

    For example:

In Group A, we have our "Songwriting Derby" course which would have a limit of 15 people. Is it possible for the "Songwriting Derby" option to be removed once 15 individual people have registered?

    Thank you for your help!

You can achieve this using the Gift Registry widget

Assign your items(i.e. courses) and put availability number limits on them. Once the items number limits were used up, the item will become disabled and cannot be selected anymore.

You can check a demo form here https://form.jotformpro.com/form/51301543278955?

Would I need to reformat my entire form to be able to make this work or is this something I can add to my already existing form?

Also, if you look at the form, there is the option to register multiple people. Would the gift registry widget be able to keep track of all the totals for every person on the form?

You can add the widget on your form anytime. It is a separate field so it should be inserted anywhere within the form.

...Would the gift registry widget be able to keep track of all the totals for every person on the form?

Unfortunately the gift registry widget is not capable of calculations. So it is not possible to directly use it to track calculated totals.

But I will still check if there is possible workaround for the 2nd requirement. I'll update you here as soon as I have news.

    Thanks.

On the other hand, when I reviewed your form again, I think the Ticket Purchase widget matches the same feature needed.

You can use the submission data of the form to track the submissions on the form.
