Is jotform not working properly? I can't add a new question/answer - it's not saving it

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry this is happening. I cloned your form and tried to replicate the issue, but everything worked the way it should. Check out my results in the screencast below:
Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, I suggest using a different device or browser. For now, I went ahead and cleared your form's cache to remove the piled-up cache in your forms that could be causing the problem. You can check this guide on how to do that.

the same issue is still happening - the comment box isn't loading "unexpected error....." and the multiple choice still isn't saving.

Thanks for getting back to us. I understand how upsetting this is. I’m going to do my best to resolve it for you. This usually comes down to a local issue with your web browser. Can you try clearing the cache in your web browser? Also, When saving a form, you should disable any active browser extensions.
You might want to experiment with different Internet Service Providers (ISPs) or internet connections as well. If none of these approaches yield results, please provide us with the console log report. Below is a link detailing how to obtain a console log report from various browsers.
