Pricing plan for customer profile forms including self-service option

    Hello

My wife is a style consultant and currently has paper folders for each customer detailing their various personal style attributes using images and text from standard templates. I was wondering if jotform could be used to make these customer profiles digital, and furthermore, if the customer info could be captured during a consultation using a tablet + app form. I'd also like to know if the customers could view their profiles at their own convenience e.g. while clothes shopping, using their own mobile device? Is there a pricing plan that would allow for e.g. 100 customers to view their profiles whenever they want to?

    Regards

    Thomas

Yes, you can use JotForm for this and I think it would make the process much easier.

JotForm forms are responsive and you can use a tablet to fill them or edit them.

You can send an email to the user when the form is filled and their information would be sent to their email. You can also send the form data as a PDF attachment.

A great advantage of online forms is that you can edit them. You can also send an email when the form submission is edited.

For your needs, the Bronze plan would be enough.

You can see our plans on our pricing page: https://www.jotform.com/pricing

I highly recommend you check our Help Articles where you can learn more about JotForm features.

    Thanks Adrian for the info!

    A couple more questions:

Can one have e.g. a maximum 20 page form where only e.g. 3 of those pages are activated, depending on what items have been selected on the index page:

    (Index page contains top-level checkboxes)

    [x] My color

        [x] Color page 1

        [x] Color page 2

        [x] Color page 3

    [ ] My style

        [ ] Style page 1

        [ ] Style page 2

        [ ] Style page 3

    ... 20 pages in total

Also, is there any way that customers could view their personal profiles with a personal log-in to view their completed form data? Or is email / pdf the only real option here?

    Keen to try this out...

Yes, you can show or hide pages based on the conditions you set.

Unfortunately, no. The users cannot create profiles to view their previously filled data.

An email can be sent each time their data is edited.
