Keeping Inventory of Items Using the Square Payment

    I am attempting to keep inventory on the products I have listed on this page so they will not be available once they are sold. The inventory widget does not have the capabilities that the square feature has (coupon code, tax, and shipping) so I essentially need something that merges them together. Is this possible or does it not exist? Thank you very much!

    Unfortunately it is not available at this time. The inventor widget and the Square payment fields are separate elements of the form.

    The Square payment integration in particular uses a 3rd party payment processor (Square). So it is not possible to merged develop them similar to a full scale inventory app with payment features.

    From experience, the most commonly used workaround to this is to use the Payment field(Square) with all the features ON -- (i.e. products, coupon codes, tax, shipping).

    And then use Spreadsheet integration or create report using spreadsheets(Excel).

    The spreadsheet data can be used as the inventory data source using application like google spreadsheet or MS Excel.

    This process makes the management of the inventory achievable although outside the form.
