Is it possible to modify the email notification that is sent when a form is Assigned? Currently the email notification is below. I would like to update to be more user friendly and branded to my organization as this will be going to clients directly.

    Hi Brian,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I really do understand how upsetting this is. Although we don't have the option to edit the assign form email notification, as a workaround, you can manually send an email to your assignee, and attach the assign link to the email. You can copy the assign link on the form publish page. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, and in the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Assign Form.

You can attach that link to your email, and send it manually to your assignee.

That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately, I am sending these automatically through a Zapier integration. So I don't have the option of manually inserting a link into an email.

I am trying to send a partially pre-populated form to a client to complete. The form is to schedule an appointment with our team - we populate the data applicable to the client and ask them to complete the requested date/time. I am populating some of the data on form so that when we receive it back we have a way to associated the response to an existing transaction in our system.

    Hi Brian,

Thanks for getting back to us. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. I highly suggest using Jotform Approval Flow to send a prepopulated form to your client. I created a sample form with Approval Flow, set up to send prepopulated form via email. Check out the screencast below:

As you can see, I was able to send an email with prefilled information, and the client can fill out the remaining fields on the form. You can clone my demo form to learn as a reference. Let me show you how to do it:

    First, let's clone your form:

    1. In My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form, and click on More.
    2. Click on Clone.

Now, let's create an Approval Flow in your original form:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, and in the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Approval Flows.
    2. Click on Create an Approval Flow.

    3. Click on Add Element on the left side of the page, and drag, and drop the Form Element on your form.
    4. Link your Original Form to the Form Element you've added.

    5. Click on Complete Settings, and select the cloned version of your form.
