URGENT DATA DISAPPEARING

    in the submitted forms that i have gotten when i review them on your site the items my clients are ordered are not showing. I now must check my email and search by name to find out what that client is ordered. I had a widget malfunction and so i had to swap it out for a different one and now the data is gone. Please help me fix this!!!!

    If you deleted the widget from your form, the previous data related to that widget will be removed as well.

    So in order to restore it, please try using the Revision history https://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-View-Form-Revision-History to restore your form back to the version when the widget was there.

    I was unable to restore the form to its previous version as only 2 hours are available to be seen. Can you help me out on getting back further ?

    I checked your account and can see that there is multiple revision that can be selected.

    Can you try clearing your Browser's Cache ? http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/ then check the Revisions again after clearing it.

    Ok I’ve closed my event and disabled my form, but I have still not been able to revert my form. I don’t see the same revision history you do. I’ve cleared my cache and everything. I’ve even tried different devices. It shows my last change is from Feb 7. Is there any other way I can get the form to revert? Or see my revision history?

    One way to access your form revision is like that, another way is from My forms section:
