Hi guys, I have created a contract, and i need to save the template of it and change each one differently to each staff member, the options i have to fill in are the options the receiver gets, but I need the option instead so i can prefill in for them and then send off. Which option is this?

    Hi Renae,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I didn’t fully understand the issue. Are you trying to create a different form for each of your staff members? It is also not clear to me which option you are referring to. Can you share the link to your form and take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? Check out this guide about how to send a screenshot to our Support Forum.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hello, Sorry.

Yes i am trying to create a form for each staff member with different rates of pay. How can i do this and save each format for each staff correctly so im not having to edit the same format for each staff.

    Hi Renae,

Thanks for getting back to us. You can clone the original form that you created, once cloned, you can do the modification on the cloned form. Let me show you how to clone a form from your account:

    • Go to My Forms and choose a form.
    • Click on More on the right and select Clone from the menu.

    • This will open the cloned form in Form Builder, you can start working on your duplicate form.

Reach out again if you need any other help.
