your support is really crazy. for a company that makes forms... your support chat/ what ever this is is very odd.

we have a form that we edited but the field wont show up when we print or save as a pdf to import into our system. The field shows up when we look at it in the dash board when the client has returned it to us but not when we try to download and export to our PIMs.

    Hi Tuomi,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. If I understood correctly, both PDF document and printout of your form are missing a field. I did a test form to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. If you're missing a field, you can add it back in the PDF Editor. It’s really easy. Let me show you how:

    1. In My Forms, hover over your form and click More on the right.
    2. Click Open PDF Editor.Missing field in PDF and printout Image 1 Screenshot 30
    3. Click Form Fields on the left menu.
    4. Click on the field you like to add to the PDF document. Missing field in PDF and printout Image 2 Screenshot 41

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you provide us with the link to the form and the missing field, so I can take a look at it for you?

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
