What happens if the submission limit is reached?

Hi, I hope you are well. I would like to understand, what will happen if we are on Free plan and the responses reached 100. What will happen after that? Will I get notification? Will you still store the response and let us view it once we upgraded the account?

Also, is it possible for us to upgrade the plan, right away?

Thank you very much, I hope to receive a reply soon.

    Hi Pies_acon,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Once you have reached your 100 submission limit, your form will be disabled, thus, user's won't be able to access it. You will not get a notification; however, you will get a warning in your account dashboard that your submission limit has been reached. Yes, you will be able to upgrade right away if you are expecting more submissions. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

You can also upgrade your subscription on your account’s Upgrade/Billing page.

    2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

    3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method.

Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.

If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. Check out this guide for more details about upgrading your account.
